Familiar Rhetoric, Failed Record
It seems that Mitt Romney isn’t the only one who relies solely on a stump speech. Looking back at President Obama’s State of the Union addresses we see that not much has changed, either with the state of the nation or the rhetoric that’s spoken. (Source: RNC)
